Q3: Presentation Guidelines for Conference Participants
A3:
1. Each session is 90 minutes long. Please follow the schedule as announced by the Session Chair.
1) For Best Paper Candidates: Each presentation is allocated 15 minutes, followed by 5 minutes for commentary and Q&A.
2) For IS/ISS and Doctor: Each presentation is allocated 13 minutes, followed by 5 minutes for commentary and Q&A.
3) For DS: Each presentation is allocated 12 minutes, with approximately 3 minutes for commentary and Q&A. Presentations should be delivered using PowerPoint slides.
*All presentations must be delivered using PowerPoint slides. A shared laptop will be available in each session room; however, presenters are required to bring their own presentation clicker.
2. Please ensure that your presentation file is uploaded to the shared session laptop and tested at least 10 minutes before your session begins, to avoid delays in the schedule.
3. Time reminders will be shown by staff during each presentation at the following intervals: "3 minutes," "1 minute," and "Time’s Up." Please manage your time accordingly.
4. The Session Chair may adjust the format of commentary and Q&A based on the situation to ensure proper time management.
Q2: Where can I download the required copyright form?
A2: Since the Domestic Session (DS) does not publish formal proceedings, only those outstanding papers selected and recommended to the Journal of Information Management or JISE will be asked to submit a copyright form; such requests will be handled on a case-by-case basis. For the International Session (IS/ISS), papers that pass the review process will either be included in the Lecture Notes series or recommended to journals, and the submission of a copyright form will likewise be managed individually.
Q1: Does the camera-ready version need to be uploaded through the CMT submission system?
A1: Yes. Please upload your camera-ready version via the original CMT system by overwriting your previously submitted file. A link labeled “Re-upload Camera-Ready Version: Submit Paper” is provided on the registration form. If you do not re-upload, the conference will use the most recent version already on file as the final version.
