Submission System
The Microsoft CMT service was used for managing the peer-reviewing process for this conference. This service was provided for free by Microsoft and they bore all expenses, including costs for Azure cloud services as well as for software development and support.

Author Guidelines
The submitted papers are divided into Domestic Session (DS), International Session (IS) and International Special Session (ISS).
Presentation policy:
If the presenter is an undergraduate or master's student or already graduated, please select the "Student."
If the presenter is a faculty member, Ph.D., or Ph.D. student, please select the "Doctor."
The submission formats differ, please refer to the format below:
DS format
Papers must be submitted online in Chinese or English formats. Authors are also free to choose whether to present their papers in Chinese or English.
Authors should submit their papers in "doc" or "docx" format. This conference requires full-paper submissions, with a page limit of 15 pages for the "Student" and 25 pages for the "Doctor". (Note, the page number count include abstract, table, figure, and reference.)
Abstract should also be submitted in Word format adpoting Chinese or English within 250 words.
All submitted papers must be original and must not have been previously published or be under review in any other conferences or journals.
The conference follows a single-blind review process, with each paper being reviewed by two reviewers.
Outstanding papers will be selected for the Best Paper Award. Additionally, high-quality papers from the "Doctor" will be recommended for publication in journals such as the Journal of Information Management (TSSCI).
At least one author of an accepted paper must register and attend the conference to present the paper. Papers in the "Doctor" may include co-authors who are not faculty members or Ph.D students; however, the presentation must be given by a faculty member or Ph.D student.
IS and ISS format
Papers for all International Sessions (i.e., IS and ISS) must be written and presented in English.
Manuscripts should be submitted in PDF format and formatted using the Springer A4 format, including the bibliography within 8-12 pages. For Springer format information, you can check the Springer website from here.
Abstract should also be submitted in Word format in English within 250 words.
Registered and presented papers will be published by the Springer Lecture Notes in Social Networks (LNSN) and submitted for inclusion into SpringerLink.
Submission Guidelines
Notice 1 :
At least one author per accepted paper must register as full registration and attend the conference to present for the accepted submission to be included in the conference proceedings. In the case of multiple acceptances, each extra paper requires at least one extra Full Registration. Please refer to the registration page.
For example: if an author submits three papers and all of them are accepted, the author will need to pay three times, and so on.
Notice 2 :
Please submit the camera-ready version of your paper along with the copyright form and abstract, and the full registration should be completed by April. 29, 2025 23:59 (UTC/GMT+8). Failure to complete full author registration according to the schedule will result in the removal of the paper from the conference program.
